KJ Watson born and raised in the St. Johns Ponte Vedra area comes from a long lineage of Real estate. His father owned the leading title company for years, Watson and Osborn. His uncle owns Watson Realty the largest Residential Real Estate Firm in Jacksonville. KJ joined SVR Realty to create his own name and also practice Commercial Real Estate, to become a jack of all trades. Bobby Petrocelli grew up in San Marco Mandarin district. He spent years in Insurance and has exceptional skills in customer service. Once Bobby gets a customer on the phone they feel like they have know them for years as he spends hours of his time making sure our customer feels secure that they are in good hands as he goes through all their home shopping needs and concerns. Bobby also has a history in contracting and knows all the ends and outs of every type of residential home.
