Giancarlo graduated with an International Business & Economics degree, and he had the opportunity to study abroad in China. Where he continued his passion for sports and played for the men’s soccer team overseas in division 1, Shenyang University. The team placed 3rd in all of China. In 2011, Giancarlo made the MLS combine tryout. He is adept in Spanish, Mandarin Chinese and Portuguese. This has allowed Giancarlo to expand and help different clients who have stemmed from the entertainment, boxing, soccer, basketball including clients of other multiple sports industries.
With 10 years of residential experience & 4 years of commercial property management experience Giancarlo has had many accomplishments that allow him to work with an array of clients. In 2016, Giancarlo was named the Urban Real Estate top leasing agent at his company while multitasking with multiple closings. Additionally, that year he was rookie of the year. The following year he consulted investors on a 30 unit investment portfolio acquisition. He worked at St. Regis Residences, which is a $1 billion dollar Chicago Project and the 3rd tallest building, for Magellan as an inside sales representative. In 2021, Giancarlo sold the 5th most expensive home, a penthouse, in the Chicagoland area at $8,470,975 at the St. Regis Residences Chicago. Through his accomplishments and years of experience he has acquired the knowledge to pursue his own real estate investment.
