Is Hard Work the Key to Success?

Aloha! My name is Corinne Smith. I am a dedicated and experienced real estate broker in Washington State. Whether you are looking to buy or sell a home in Vancouver (Yes, there is a Vancouver in Washington), Seattle, or Bellingham – and everywhere in between – I provide top-notch, client-centric real estate services.

I began my real estate career as the owner and operator of Hawaii’s top mobile notary company. During my time as Hawaii’s go to mobile notary, I assisted high profile clients from the entertainment industry, sports world, business world, and some international figures – all who valued my discretion and white glove service. I helped facilitate and close over 5,000 real estate transactions as a certified closing agent. After falling in love with the Pacific Northwest, I sold my business and started my career as a real estate broker.

I have always been guided by a simple motto – Hard work is the key to success. I will outwork, out negotiate and out grind everyone else for the benefit of my clients. This mantra has helped me foster a robust network of professional colleagues throughout the real estate industry – lenders, contractors, referral contacts, other real estate brokers – and develop close relationships with my clients. Each of my clients know that I will stop at nothing to get them the best deal possible. Nothing makes me happier than handing my clients the keys to their new home or telling them that their offer has been accepted.

My work ethic has taken on an even greater importance with the overheated Washington real estate market, particularly within the Greater Seattle Area. It seems that more and more people are moving to the Pacific Northwest – drawn by its natural beauty, exceptional food (the quality of the seafood is bar none), indoor and outdoor activities, historic landmarks, or rapidly growing technology and business hubs – Seattle, Bellevue, and Redmond. From the most well-known companies, i.e., Amazon, to emerging startups, Washington’s business growth continues to draw people from across the world. Perseverance, creativity, and patience are all necessary to compete in a real estate market where multiple offers, full waivers, and zero contingencies are commonplace. Thankfully, I have been able to help my clients successfully navigate this market.

I thoroughly enjoy helping my clients discover the same things that drew me to the Pacific Northwest. Like, the iconic Pike Place Marketplace where you can find beautiful seasonal flowers, the freshest seafood (and see the fishmongers toss salmons to each other), and vibrant produce. Pike Place Chowder, Matt’s in the Market, and the Pink Door are standouts. Or, enjoying a game at Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park or the soon to be completed Climate Pledge Arena.

While the Space Needle is Seattle’s most famous landmark, the Greater Seattle area is full of amazing sights and activities. Chateau Ste. Michelle, less than 20 miles from Seattle in Woodinville, is the state’s oldest, and arguably most beautiful winery – with a French-style mansion surrounded by 105-care ground. The winery holds a popular summer concert series on their expansive lawn. Bainbridge Island is only a 35-minute ferry ride from downtown Seattle and offers gorgeous gardens and forests, great food, and charming shops. When the weather is nice – nothing beats enjoying the beauty of Lake Washington while picnicking at Chism Beach Park in Bellevue or Lake Union while strolling around Gas Works Park near Fremont. For those seeking mountain adventures, Snoqualmie is less than an hour drive from Seattle and offers Skiing in the winter or hiking and mountain biking in the summer. There is literally something for everyone!

I am fortunate to live and work in a place that has so much to offer. The feeling of helping my clients reach their real estate goals truly brings me great happiness. I love keeping my clients up to date on new activities, restaurants, coffee shops, etc… I know my unrelenting work ethic will continue to serve my clients well. If you or anyone you know is interested in the real estate market in Washington state feel free to reach out to me directly at (425) 505-7410 or check out my website at corinnesmithrealtor.com. I guarantee that no one will harder for you.
