Jannik Zimmer | Germany

Jannik Zimmer is a luxury real estate agent specializing in residential real estate as well as a real estate advisor to all clients, ranging from experienced investors to first time buyers. With over 15 years of investment experience in real estate in his personal life, Jannik career changed to the other side of the table in 2021. While working for a luxury brokerage in the South of Germany, Jannik quickly became a top producer selling over 30.000.000 EUR worth of real estate across Germany over the last two years. He recently founded his own brokerage “Jannik Zimmer Immobilien” and is looking to expand his business. 

 

Originally bom and raisd in Cologne, Germany, Jannik has experienced a great deal of international lifestyle. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX, as well as a Master’s degree in Marketing from the EADA University in Barcelona, Spain. In addition to his experience in Marketing & Sales, Jannik has an extensive background in IT Project Management. 

On top of the mentioned qualities which make hime a perfect fit for the International NextMove network, Jannik has a substantial background in athletics. At the age of 16 he signed his first professional contract to play basketball in the first Division in Germany (Bundesliga) where he played for his hometown Cologne from 2004-2006, winning the German Cup in 2004 & 2005, as well as the league’s championship in 2006. During that span the team also competed in the ULEB Cup in 2005 and the FIBA EuroCup 2006. He then moved to Austin, TX on a scholarship to attend St. Edward’s University to play Division II basketball while pursuing his Bachelor’s degree.

He currently lives with his wife Hailey and their two children just south of Munich.
