A Louisiana native, Joseph Jack, Jr. brings to real estate a background in telecommunications sales and professional sports—two disparate fields that contribute equally to his success as a REALTOR®.
Joe attended and played basketball at Southern University in Baton Rouge, serving as team captain his senior year and honing such skills as promptness, teamwork, sacrifice, dedication, and the ability to both recover quickly and adapt from either a win or a loss. Joe further strengthened these traits by continuing his basketball career in Portugal and Kuwait following graduation, and his experience in sales sharpened both his interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Real estate has always been an interest of Joe’s, as far back as forgoing Saturday morning cartoons as a child in favor of the local listing showcases on television. When his time on the basketball court came to an end, Joe moved into and began renovating the house inherited (by his mother) from his grandparents. Between the allure of bringing the home back to life and working on his own terms, Joe began a deep dive into the world of real estate.
Joe prides himself on thinking outside the box with regard to his business and creating wins for his clients. With the shift in the market, his creativity, attention to detail, and leadership are serving him—and more importantly, his clients—well. He treats his clients like family (“Cousin Jack has your back”) and has served multiple terms on the brokerage’s Associate Leadership Council. He is a member of KW Sports and Entertainment, a professional community dedicated to consideration, discretion, and a desire to empower clients involved in those industries. When not servicing his clients, Joe can be found experimenting with culinary creations, spending time with his family, attending sporting events, and tackling his latest DIY project.
