Wen has sold and acquired properties in some of the most prestigious addresses in Manhattan and Brooklyn, such as Beckford Towers, Morris Adjimi’s Front & York, Post House by WorkshoAPD, Robert AM Stern’s Tribeca Green, and Thomas Heatherwick’s Lantern House. Over 30% of sales and rentals have been sourced off-markets giving her clients priority access to their dream home.
Prior to entering the world of real estate, Wen built a digital media brand for the diamond industry with over 125M visitors worldwide, generated over $100M for fashion brands, and worked for a blockchain unicorn start-up that went on to raise over $1B in valuation.
Born in China and raised in Sarasota, Florida, Wen studied at the Parsons School of Design and hold an executive certification in digital marketing from Columbia Business School. Her drive is matched by her commitment to the community, fundraising for the New York Junior League and New York State Mentoring Program. Currently, she is on the board of Girls in Tech, a New York non-for-profit elevating women in technology.
In her free time, Wen loves horseback riding having trained in riding clubs in New York and Japan. She also loves to travel and enjoys learning about new cultures in cities across the world; but Wen considers New York home and can’t imagine living anywhere else.
