Miami native, Zule Zevallos, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and later obtained a certificate in Paralegal Studies from the University of Miami. She began her professional career working alongside respected law firms, gaining valuable experience in child dependency, workers’ compensation, and real estate law—building a strong foundation in legal processes, attention to detail, and client advocacy.
Driven by a passion for helping others and encouraged by her family, Zule obtained her real estate license in 2016. Since then, she has been dedicated to guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through the real estate process with confidence, clarity, and care—helping her clients not only achieve homeownership, but also build long-term wealth through real estate.
Zule now serves clients throughout Volusia County (Daytona Beach and surrounding areas) and Brevard County (Cocoa Beach and surrounding areas).
